Well, on Wednesday I went to the SWA 2018 exhibition as one of the exhibiting artists - I know, I still can't believe it. It was a beautiful sunny day and I managed to catch up with other artists I admired for a long time. After the price ceremony which is annually held by the Princess Michael of Kent I was surprised to learn that she also goes around the exhibition commenting on all the art at display. So when it came to my little painting she commented on her love for cats and called it charming. I'm still slightly embarrassed however that when Soraya French commented and instead of homage to Chagall I understood fromage to Chagal and got slightly confused - but now that still makes me giggle. My cheesy Boys Dream is still on display until tomorrow.
